VANDEL is a residential development composed of two distinct buildings, each containing three individual housing units. The project is designed to offer a balanced combination of shared architectural identity and spatial individuality, making it an ideal solution for multi-family living within a cohesive framework. The architectural language of the buildings is characterized by clean volumes, simple lines, and a minimalist expression. The facades are treated with smooth white plaster, reflecting a modern and understated aesthetic. Each entrance is clearly articulated to emphasize the independence of each unit, while the overall composition maintains a unified and harmonious appearance.
