Grande Mall

Grande Mall is a contemporary commercial complex located in a strategic area of the city of Gjilan, designed to serve as a central destination for shopping, entertainment, and urban recreation. The project offers a new interpretation of the shopping mall typology in Kosovo, prioritizing user experience, urban accessibility, and architectural aesthetics. The building’s volumetry is articulated through a modern and legible architectural language, characterized by a horizontal composition with dynamic interruptions along the façade to emphasize main entrances and create a visual rhythm. The facade is designed using contemporary materials such as architectural glass, metal panels, and decorative elements that reflect light and give the structure a distinctive urban identity.
